Gifting Policy
Selected products may allow personalization with a recipient name, message or gift card depending on available options.
Recipient information
The customer is responsible for recipient name, mobile number and other submitted details. Unnecessary or sensitive information should not be included in gift messages.
Message content
Messages must be appropriate and must not violate applicable rules, public standards or third-party rights. Inappropriate content may not be sent.
Scheduled delivery
Where scheduling is available, the selected time is a target sending time and may be affected by messaging providers or operational conditions.
Privacy
Public gift links do not directly expose the mobile number or order number. Gift-card access uses a dedicated link where the feature is available.
