Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of Esnaad AlKhair and purchase, supply and execution orders placed through the platform.
1. Platform nature
Esnaad AlKhair is a commercial platform for selling, supplying and executing defined products and services. It is not an open cash donation fund, and orders require a defined product or service and commercial scope.
2. Order information
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of name, mobile, email, city, execution location, gifting details and instructions. Product, quantity, price, execution fees and VAT should be reviewed before placing the order.
3. Order acceptance
Creating an order does not necessarily mean immediate execution. Final acceptance is subject to product availability, payment verification where required, and feasibility of access and execution at the selected location.
4. Pricing & VAT
Prices, execution fees and VAT shown at ordering form the basis of the order. If a special request requires an additional unlisted cost, it will be communicated before commitment.
5. Execution & timing
Execution times are estimates unless a specific date is confirmed in writing. Timing may be affected by availability, customization, location, site access or operational conditions outside reasonable control.
6. Customization & gifting
Products or orders personalized with a name, message or organization identity may become non-cancellable once preparation starts. The customer is responsible for message content and recipient details.
7. Documentation
Documentation varies by product, service and location. Photos, video, location data, certificates or reports are not guaranteed unless included in the service scope or confirmed for the order.
8. Acceptable use
The platform must not be used for unlawful requests, abusive content, misleading information, or misuse of payment, gifting or communication systems.
9. Communications
Registered contact details may be used for order, payment, execution and customer-service communications. Errors in contact information should be reported promptly.
