Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage reached in procurement, customization or execution.
Before execution starts
Cancellation may be requested before procurement, customization, preparation or execution begins. Order status and costs are reviewed before cancellation is confirmed.
After preparation begins
If materials have been purchased, a product customized, a supplier committed or execution started, actual non-recoverable costs may be deducted from any amount otherwise refundable.
Customized products
Printed or personalized products bearing a name, message or organization identity may not be cancellable or refundable once preparation begins.
Refund method
Approved refunds are processed through an appropriate method based on the original payment and available financial procedures. Banking processing may require additional time.
