From Preparation to Proof

Execution & Documentation Policy

This policy explains how orders are executed and what documentation may be provided depending on service type and location.

Execution scope

Orders are executed according to the confirmed product, quantity, city, location and instructions. Material changes after confirmation may require revised cost or timing.

Site access

The customer is responsible for suitable location information and any access or coordination details. Execution may be prevented if access is unavailable or conflicts with site requirements.

Order stages

An order may progress through stages such as new, confirmed, preparation, assigned, in execution, proof review and completed.

Documentation types

Depending on the service, documentation may include photos, video, geolocation, execution notes, a certificate or completion report. Photography is subject to individual privacy and site rules.

Final report

Where available, the completion report consolidates order information, execution stages and approved proof into a single customer reference.
